based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of KVKK, including fulfillment of legal obligations, establishment and performance of contracts, and legitimate interests.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data are processed

  • Request information if they have been processed

  • Learn whether they are used in accordance with their purpose

  • Request correction if they are processed incompletely or incorrectly

  • Request deletion or destruction if they are processed unlawfully

  • Claim compensation in case of damage

7. Application Method

You may submit your requests within the scope of KVKK to Anteplioğlu Taşfırın in writing or through other methods specified in the legislation. Your applications will be evaluated and concluded within the legal time limits.
